September, 2022
Well, here we are again!
September, aka, the busiest exhibition month for many artists! It is busy not just for showing work, but also for getting out to see other artist's work. I am excited to head to NYC to see the 2023 Armory Show. What about you? Do you have a show coming up? Is there a show you are excited to see?
As September rolls in, I like to remind you all that now is the time to think about February.
!!! What?!!!
Yes, because February is when many deadlines for the following round of artist residencies are due. Now is the time to think about that next big project. Now is the time to start to gather the information necessary to research those residencies and grants. Who wants to be doing this during a busy Holiday season? Do it now.
